Discussion

Friday is an active day as a system moves into the region.  The timing of the rain is shaping up to be more during the morning, as a steady band of rain should move from west to east (Olympic Peninsula to Cascade Foothills) from about 4-11 a.m. We’ll see off-and-on showers after that for the afternoon and just a few showers and clouds into Saturday morning.

Overall, the weekend is looking dry after we get those few showers out of here Saturday morning. Some clearing Saturday as high pressure builds into the area with more sunshine expected Sunday as highs reach the upper 60s and lower 70s.

Our next system will track Tuesday and Wednesday of next week for more showers.
